My passion for fitness is rooted in my excitement to see people do things they could never do before, gain a higher quality of life, and live at their highest potential. I seek to help people gain confidence, discipline, and dedication when it comes to health—which spills into other areas of life (improved sleep, cognitive productivity, relationships, mood etc.)
I grew up as a multisport athlete and have experienced setbacks, overtraining, injuries, peak condition, and starting at ground zero again and again. It’s hard to tell someone how important physical heath is, down to each workout, if I haven’t experienced life with and without it. This is more than just fitness, this is a seeking to improve in all areas of life.
I graduated from UTA with a degree in exercise science and have spent years engaging in various environments—physical therapy clinics, chain gyms, sport coaching, and fitness labs. I have certifications through NESTA and ACE and specialize in balance and motor control, strength and conditioning, mobility and injury prevention.
I strive to always be teachable, to practice what I preach, and to do everything with intentionality, purpose, and dedication. I am super excited to see what each day brings and to live for the glory of the One who created me!
