Within his 10+ years in the Industry Michael has accumulated a wide range of coaching & continued education with receiving his CF-LV1 & LV2, FMS, BirthFit, USAW, CFSC, & more.

Michael has also competed competitively within the CrossFit Space. Ranked in the Top 100 Men in the lower South Region for many years in a row. Then moving onto Regionals on a Team in 2018, coming just shy of advancing to the CrossFit Games.

Michael has always been a pioneer for growth. Right out of College, he was hired onto an acclaimed Construction Company in the Dallas area & started their Fitness & Wellness Platform successfully from the ground up.

Born in the breathtaking French Alps, Tommy brings an elite international athletic background to the world of fitness. Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, he found his greatest passion in competitive downhill skiing, traveling across Europe to compete at the highest level. His drive for excellence then led him to American football, where he played wide receiver and earned an opportunity to continue his athletic journey in the U.S.

Through his own training and competition, Tommy discovered a deep passion for strength and conditioning, as well as the science behind human performance. He pursued this passion academically, graduating with honors from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. He didn’t stop there—he put his knowledge to the test, competing in both powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions, mastering the art of body transformation.
Tommy holds certifications as an Exercise Physiologist, Nutritionist, and Behavior Modification Coach, equipping him with the expertise to help clients achieve lasting results.

His professional experience includes serving as Director of Operations and Strength Coach at Kanakuk Camps and working as a Lead Coach and Fitness Supervisor at the Dallas Cowboys Headquarters. Now, as Studio Director at Luxury Lifestyle Training, Tommy specializes in Strength & Conditioning, Athletic Performance, Body Transformation (Fat Loss & Muscle Gain),  Corrective Exercise & Injury Prevention.

Britnee Senner

Born in Seattle, Britnee Senner comes to us with a passion for coaching and helping others reach their goals. She loves to teach others how to encompass a healthy, balanced lifestyle while building strength in many ways. Her ability to incorporate a wide array of movement patterns makes her style of training unique.

She completed a business degree from Morehead State in Kentucky, all the while winning two national cheerleading championships and winning two gold medals with Team USA. She has a long background of coaching cheerleading and gymnastics. Her success in that field came from building a good culture and training conditioning in her practice. She brings a lot of what she learned there to her training field.

She was a long-time gymnast and cheerleader in her early years but found a passion for fitness in her adult years. She has learned to make fitness a fun part of her lifestyle and she wants to share that joy with others.

Britnee will push you to be better each time she sees you. She will know your goals and will be just as invested in your success as you will be! Her motto is, “1% better every day.”

Brittany Morrison

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Brittany pursued her lifelong passion for health & fitness at Illinois State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She began her career at Edward Hospital as a Fitness Specialist & Personal Trainer. She worked closely with specialty populations including patients with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, cancer, post-surgery recovery, special needs and more. 

From there, she took her experience & knowledge cross-country to North Texas and moved into the role of Fitness Director in corporate health. Working with the employees of the corporate business, she zeroed in on private & small group training, teaching a variety of group exercise classes, leading community wellness events and continuing to add to her list of accomplishments & certifications. She is ACE certified as a Personal Trainer, Health & Wellness Coach, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and TRX Suspension Trainer. Brittany’s passions in the wellness field focus on women’s health, pre/postnatal fitness, working with kids & childhood obesity, weight loss, HIIT training and nutrition. Striving to be a constant, enthusiastic support system to ensure her clients succeed has always been a top priority in her mission!

After leaving corporate health & becoming a busy mom of two, Brittany then started her own Bootcamp business for women leading outdoor group exercise classes. She thrives doing anything outside in the Texas heat, sharing her love of sports, and pushing herself to improve a little more each day!

My passion for fitness is rooted in my excitement to see people do things they could never do before, gain a higher quality of life, and live at their highest potential. I seek to help people gain confidence, discipline, and dedication when it comes to health—which spills into other areas of life (improved sleep, cognitive productivity, relationships, mood etc.)

I grew up as a multisport athlete and have experienced setbacks, overtraining, injuries, peak condition, and starting at ground zero again and again. It’s hard to tell someone how important physical heath is, down to each workout, if I haven’t experienced life with and without it. This is more than just fitness, this is a seeking to improve in all areas of life.

I graduated from UTA with a degree in exercise science and have spent years engaging in various environments—physical therapy clinics, chain gyms, sport coaching, and fitness labs. I have certifications through NESTA and ACE and specialize in balance and motor control, strength and conditioning, mobility and injury prevention.

I strive to always be teachable, to practice what I preach, and to do everything with intentionality, purpose, and dedication. I am super excited to see what each day brings and to live for the glory of the One who created me!

Patrick has taken his love for fitness to the next level, competing in three bodybuilding competitions and landing in the Top 5 every time. As a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, an Exercise Recovery Specialist, and a Senior Fitness Coach, he brings a wealth of expertise to every client he works with. I was born in Florida, raised in Frisco, and spent most of my life in Gunter, TX. I’ve always loved being active, being outside with great UV, and pushing myself daily. My foundation in fitness started at home. Watching my dad show up consistently in the gym, along with the influence of my uncle, both world champion kickboxers, instilled in me early that discipline isn’t optional. It’s what builds strength, resilience, and the ability to do hard things.

I grew up as a multi-sport athlete and have been lifting for nearly a decade. My approach is simple, consistency over everything. I believe doing the right things over time is what separates people who see real results from those who don’t. Discipline, structure, and accountability aren’t just part of training; they’re the standard I live by, and they carry into every area of life.

I specialize in strength training and I love lifting heavy. At my strongest, I was repping 315 lbs on back squat, and I bring that same intensity into how I coach. I’m not here for quick fixes, but I’m here to help you build real strength, stay consistent when it gets hard, and prove to yourself that you’re capable of more than you think while reaching all of the goals you never thought would happen.

I’m also big on the nutritional side of training. What you eat directly impacts how you feel, move, and perform, and I work with my clients to build a disciplined, sustainable approach to food that actually supports their goals and lifestyle. I love to eat things that make me feel good and support my day-to-day lifestyle. I think balance is important and necessary!

I’ve trained through injuries and learned firsthand what happens when you don’t do things the right way. That’s why I’m committed to helping my clients train with purpose, with emphasis on focusing on proper movement, longevity, recovery, and building strength the right way so they don’t hit a point of burnout or setback.

At the core of everything I do is my faith. I believe I’ve been given a responsibility to steward my body well, to stay disciplined in what I’ve been called to do, and to show up with purpose every single day. My mission is simple, help people get stronger, live with discipline, and build a life that reflects it.
